Purpose of Position The primary purpose of this position is to assist the Clinical Quality Department by monitoring quality measures and assist with Joint Commission surveys.
Scope of Responsibility The Analyst interprets quality management policies, analyzes data, determines required actions and makes recommendations in healthcare facilities to ensure quality of care to patients.
This position requires analyzing and interpreting quality data, determining required activities, and assisting in accreditation maintenance.
Other duties include compiling data for aggregation and presentation as well as assisting with performance improvement initiatives.
Job Requirements Bachelors of Science in Health Information, Nursing, Healthcare Administration or closely related field desired Proficient in Excel, Word and Power Point required Data Management and knowledge of statistical analysis preferred 1 to 2 years quality management experience, performance improvement methodology and clinical knowledge desired .
Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
