We produce over 200 of the highest-quality custom attachments for heavy equipment made in the USA! WHAT YOU WOULD BE DOING:
Evaluating performance and alignment with Rockland's goals and values Identifying and facilitating needed training/continued development Overseeing training of new teammates Auditing completion of the quality control forms Evaluating the cause of any rework required; working with other leaders to implement processes to prevent recurrence.
Facilitating flow and staging of jobs Communicating effectively (internal and external) to facilitate flow; addressing any potential delays/challenges early Ensuring near misses and accidents are investigated with appropriate action taken YOUR QUALIFICATIONS High School Diploma or General Equivalency Minimum of 2 years' experience in manufacturing operations Knowledge of Welding, Machining, and Material cutting Excellent Communication Skills Leadership Ability Problem Solving/Analysis Quality Focus Teamwork Oriented Technical Aptitude WHAT'S IN IT FOR YOU:
